      Awesome work culture. People are flexible, young, and professional. Management is well prepared and is willing to hear everyone's opinion. Big FMCG experience in a medium FMCG company.

      Cons

      Still a relatively small company comparing to it's worldwide competitors. A bit of huge company infrastructure is necessary (more developed systems, procedures, etc.)
