1. Managers not care about your progression 2. Very culty, events force you to pretend all ok and don’t cover what can be improved 3. Salary is terrible, you can work smaller company and generate higher incomes 4. Leadership teams haven’t understand how targets generated, just get told to tell their staff to get on and do 5. You a small part of big company, you won’t progress unless you can get on stage and act like Adyen is the best and that there’s no competition 6. Managers hired on tenure, not abilities 7. Formulas just marketing stunt, board and management ignore and dont check staff that they obey
