If you are searching for professional management and a sound work environment, be advised that this company might not be the best choice. The burnout cases are spreading like wildfire and there is absolutely no accountability for managers - they do whatever they want and it stays like that. I have seen first hand the company losing profitable businesses due to the inexperience and incompetence of management. The future of Adyen and its employees look grim.
