      Many capable colleagues Believe in the vision

      Cons

      Lots of benefits are being taken away and management pretend it doesn’t happen A lot of the leads don’t really have a plan Salaries aren’t really competitive anymore and growth is becoming impossible

      Pros

      Great company to work for, the engineers have autonomy to decide about the technology and tooling and the company empowers us so we can do our best. The go to open source software is also a perk I have seen only in a few companies. Work life balance is great also. The company culture is great and the work environment is healthy.

      I can't remember anything that can count as a con.
