      - Adyen Formula - Opportunity to have impact - Merchants like Uber, Netflix, Tesla - Strong business fundamentals and growth - Is expanding beyond payments

      Cons

      - Decision making is a bit random, takes too long (indecision), not KPI-driven. - Technical interviews are less rigorous than at peer companies, and with no layoffs, engineering quality drops over time.

      - Talented and driven people who will inspire you and challenge you - Good pay, benefits, and perks, especially for junior positions

      Cons

      - After its hypergrowth, the culture has inevitably become corporate = numbers first, people last in many ways - Lots and lots of silos and tacky/sticky middle management layer that could use some serious coaching - Office politics and blatant favoritism
