So plan on learning and growing as much as possible within this company, instead of trying to do 2 things at once. Running your own business is forbidden as well because of the conflict of interest occur. It depends on your attitude and living situation ( family, health ) if these are a negative aspects, but it would be good to take this into consideration before starting working here.
