      5 years later... still feels like the beginning!

      Pros

      -great working environment with really smart people -you actually work globally (not just a PR tactic) -while we have great customers and a bit name in the payments industry, we're relatively small headcount wise so lots of room for impact -prioritizing diversity - seeing way more impact of this work when you walk around our offices

      -growing fast so there are some growing pains
