      - Open and collaborative working environment - Senior Management & the board are accessible, open and can "take people on the journey" - Lots of ownership over projects, responsibility from day 1 - Great benefits - Awesome office

      Cons

      - Not a con for me as I love the working environment, but if you are someone who likes working in highly structured and hierarchical environments, it might not be the place for you to thrive
