      Pros

      Great product. Cool low level people. Good opportunities if you can play the politics game.

      Cons

      Inexperienced managers. Politics at higher level. Not meritocratic. Discriminatory towards females in tech. People seem to magically disappear when they do not agree with management. Lack of transparency from higher management including the board.

      Equipment IT service old office vibes from old timers

      Cons

      the pay disparity and race disparity here are against everything you claim to fight against how is it that org X has hired several folks making almost 35% more than your pre existing workforce yet don't even have the skills required in the job description In addition, they do less than half the work yet are paid well and pampered left and right........ so many steps backwards

      - Almost everyone is pretty smart - A bunch of nice people -- except for those who really aren't - Good experience with FinTech - Decent salary

      Cons

      - Politics can get *extremely* nasty if you don't stay out of the way - They don't care about the hiring laws: they simply pay off any lawsuits resulting from bad treatment - The platform is relatively old technology, working there won't be as good for your technical development as other places, unless you're involved with the architecture
