      Been with the company for almost a year now, and can confidently say that Adyen is truly a hidden gem. The people are talented, fun, and really in it to win it together. Obviously it's not perfect, but I get a lot of fulfillment working with people who don't let ego get in the way of good work. I also feel in charge of my own projects, which let's me have a more flexible way of working, because leaders trust us to get the work done.

      Cons

      A big part of the culture here is around working fast and iterating, which can be a lot sometimes. However, there's a sense that leadership is pulling back a bit and letting people know it's OK to pause and make good decisions. Compensation could also be more competitive! But company/management stresses the importance of work life balance.
