      Products that generally work and in many cases are best in class International teams and diverse backgrounds The formula/culture thats pitched to you exist Truly international, you will see the world Fun events and common perks you would expect in the space

      Timezones can be a challenge The learning curve is steep, if you dont like learning its going to be hard Things change often, if you want nothing to change ever its going to be hard Comp and Equity are more conservative than some players in the space
