No massive layoffs so far regardless tech winter, only performance review pushes.

Cons

LT and product culture is not strong, they value new hires more rather than loyal employees (in terms of compensation). Politics play quite big time to get promotion.

Young -> open to compromises due to parenthood but these policies are still developing Dynamic Good benefits A lot is done in-house so there is much for you to do, develop (e.g., code), and learn The communication is great and the linking between teams and departments is too - you are never isolated unless you want to be International and open Offers Dutch language courses Offers opportunities to travel for work Plentiful opportunities for students and graduates

Cons

The salary is a bit below that offered by the competition and the (allegedly) founder is quite resistant to such discussions.
