For a company this scale there has always been little politics. Furthermore, surrounded by very smart and fun colleagues.
Cons
Politics are getting worse, with the company going more product focused. The step makes sense, but keep taking care of your employees. Don’t make dinosaurs managers, but the people who make real impact.
