      Pros

      Adyen must be in the list of one of the best companies to work for, specially due to mind blowing culture, employee friendly policies & amazing colleagues. I feel opportunities are endless & challenging at same time with great sense ownership & learning.

      Pros

      Informal style, they create a comfortable environment. Really thorough interview process with a large number of rounds. I had multiple opportunities to display my strength, meet different people and make an informed decision about joining the company by the time I was done with all the rounds.

      Cons

      Large number of rounds (I had 7 rounds) - they are very thorough & want you to meet a large number of team members before they give you an offer, so this isn't necessarily a con, but something to bear in mind.
