Pros

Informal style, they create a comfortable environment. Really thorough interview process with a large number of rounds. I had multiple opportunities to display my strength, meet different people and make an informed decision about joining the company by the time I was done with all the rounds.

Cons

Large number of rounds (I had 7 rounds) - they are very thorough & want you to meet a large number of team members before they give you an offer, so this isn't necessarily a con, but something to bear in mind.

Great trust and responsibility for developers. Good salary for starters. Relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Some thing are built in-house which have a better open-source alternative. Developers need months before they feel comfortable working with the system. After those months, its not much of a problem anymore.
