      Opportunities for growth amid leadership confusion

      Many opportunities for personal development, both engineering and behavioral.

      Cons

      No rigorous software development process. Many leadership direction drifts, no concrete asks, many uncertainties in terms of short-mid objectives. You can work for a week at something which gets discarded out of nowhere. You can work on elaborating a plan for an initiative which is simply declined by upper management because it didn't aligned with their expectations, expectations WHICH WERE NOT CLEARLY STATED ANYWHERE.

      Learned a lot. Some good colleagues and Managers.

      Cons

      Expectations were extremely high for a BDR role. Very much was at the mercy of the AM to reach my targets and they weren’t supportive or grateful.
