Well, to be perfectly honest, unlike other places you could go to work, you actually have to work really hard here.

Work on cool products, flexible work environment (you can work from home or have flex hours), people are approachable and friendly. Many friendships made outside of work

Cons

There is a whole lot of pressure to get the work done on time, and the deadlines are extremely tight.
