Pros

I love the colleagues I work with, it's more to do with management. I love the building and the benefits.

Cons

- They have empty promises - Upper management doesn't care about you - Management doesn't listen to the problems and only create more excuses - They have unrealistic quotas, with high attainment thresholds for ANY compensation - You are competing internally for accounts - They say they will fix the problem and they never do Honestly Adobe use to be the place to work, but since recent changes it's a place to leave, but management has made calls to other companies to prevent them from recruiting the employees.

Pros

Flexible working hours, ok salary, very good internal training and enablement services, modern sales tools such as salesforce.com etc., good global and regional events, extremely well organized yearly sales conferences, nice and helpful colleagues, dynamic top management at HQ.

Cons

Very male driven and dominant organization, poor and incompetent male managers who get their jobs because they are seniors, poor internal processes, lack of customer support, no personal development planning or coaching, lack of ambition, no leadership in mid management, no clear responsibilities, poor internal communication, no local partner strategy nor competence to execute partner enablement, unprofessional professional services and no skills to implement adobe software. No local marketing activities.

Pros

- Definitely have a strong market position in certain solution areas: WCM, analytics. Have an unassailable advantage with the Creative Cloud. - Some genuinely great people. - Still some good runway in growth because of good products. - Used to be able to make good money until quotas were raised so high...

Cons

This is for the sales organization: - more and more responsibility for growing the organization is being heaped onto the sales team. Quotas are growing exponentially with no real improvements in sales support (a lot of support has been removed), demand generation, etc. - Toxic leadership approaches (fear, intimidation, bullying...) - Quotas are ridiculously big compared to any competitors - The warm fuzzy culture portrayed publically does not apply to the sales organization. - Adobe sold it soul a couple of years ago and it's starting to show.
