      I am the wife of this Employy and postinv to ensure his privacy and job security. Good perks and benefits and good recognition with frequent promotions is the only pro i have seen.

      Cons

      He is overworked. Worked 15 hrs a day. Manager can call anytime. No family life Always frustrated because of working so long

      Pros

      Adobe is a great company with amazing leaders. While the company has had it's ups and downs in the recent days, the leadership has been consistently transparent and understanding.

      Cons

      The market has not embraced the direction and the strategy of the company. This has made it hard for many teams as we have too many priorities coming from different teams. The drop in the stock value is not helping either.
