Pros
good training program before start of work(from amazon). the amazon staff (NOT ADECCO) is friendly and helpful. Transportation from and back to the Dormagen station is offered by an amazon bus.
Cons
the Adecco staff onsite were not helpful and rude. There was a lot of problems with payments and tax reductions that the company either ignore or was not able to solve. Also they forces employers to work extra times when they only have 20h/week contract. no bonuses and workload is very heavy during holydays.
