Pros
The work environment in most positions is pretty easy going. Management tends to defend your job, and fight for you when necessary. You get good experience working here and there are plenty of opportunities to move up and even laterally if desired. They pay a decent wage for most jobs. There is a decent amount of time off too, and are very flexible if you need time off.
Cons
Health coverage is weak. If you work as a contractor for Adecco, you can feel like a second class citizen to the actual employee's of where you are working. Layoff's are always looming too. Keep that resume up to date!
