Pros
Pay was good with promise of temp to hire.
Cons
Promise of temp to hire after 3 month contract, never appeared. When I questioned them, they ignored it and never looked for other positions for me, would not pressure employer and since I needed to work, they just would keep extending contract. Suffice it to say no benefits at all. Had to find my own permanent employment.
