      Pros

      PTO is decent. Very diverse workforce, workers are kind and helpful.

      Cons

      Only about 6-7 company holidays annually. Room for promotions are limited. Work load can be very extreme at times. Pay is decent, but not the best.

      Permanent roles on Clients Sitesas an Employed consultant - Pension and Child care vouchers

      Cons

      As long as you are earning fees its a low touch employer. soon as engagement ends little help getting next role and they appear to push the redundancy as a preference for them

      Pros

      Paid on time every month but very little contact with anyone from Adecco which was not a bad thing as they are very disorganised. The HR managers are also not very motivated.

      Cons

      No real engagement with employees working on contracts for other organisations. No chance of growth within the organisation
