They cover all aspects of pre employment and help train and prep their placements. They have a good reputation in Wichita, KS and employers want to work with them. They find steady employment for good employees when contract ae fulfilled sucessfully.
Cons
They are competing with other placement companies that don't deserve the good employees they get. Adecco takes a little longer than most placement agencies, and that causes some potential applicants to run to other less imipressive placement services.
