      Pros

      Friendly enviroment, great place to meet young people. Career advancement possibilities to specialize in technical or administrative direction within the first year of employment. Learning courses are implemented for every employee.

      Cons

      Breaks are strictly followed. There is a chance to offer you to change to new project which could be unpleasant if the project is still in transition.

      Pros

      They offer a nice health and insurance package. My salary is never late and there is a very interesting monthly bonus scheme. I have never had problems taking my paid vacation whenever I prefer. It is a very good start for students. I like the work environment and I have great colleagues.

      Cons

      Sometimes work is not distributed fine and you work under great pressure because of that. There aren't really intriguing development opportunities within the company.
