Time off when management is in a good mood..

Cons

Lack of positive leadership.. constant changes... one day do this..next do that... Kpi depend on who you talk to.. the area director says one thing.. but area ops partner says another. Micromanagement No positive feedback. Do not expect hr to have your back. Low pay for what you do.. a current recruiter makes 46k.. but a new hire can make 56k..
