Pros

Opportunity to grow in career, training

Cons

I have worked for this company for 14 years and and found out that they don't care about their employees at all, no employee recognition , they have great values on paper only but on the field they care only about financial results.

Pros

No experience is needed to get the position, which is good if you are planning to start your career in hospitality. Flexible hours that can fit around your other arrangements.

Cons

I have been working for the company for 2 years and what looked like a great opportunity at the beginning was a big disappointment. There is absolutely no consideration of staff safety. You will often be left alone with a full hotel of guests that are aggressive and abusive. There is no training, duty managers or security provided, and managers do not want to hear about the issues as their main priority is cutting costs. Managers often violates health and safety or working hours regulations in order to meet the targets.
