      Accor company always give the change for it employee to development there skill and experience by training which give chance to promote

      Cons

      They change there policy for head office instead of gating a sprat head office in Egypt they made it centralization with Abou Dhabi head office which impact the power of the company in Egypt

      Pros

      If you would like to have a carreer im hospitality, this company is a good starting point. They like to promote from inside whenever possible.

      Cons

      The salary is low, the avarage service time is just a few month, therefore you have to train a new colleague every 2-3 month. I like teaching but after a while its too much.
