Pros

- Great, extension training - They really sell you the product and you do end up believing it is a good deal - Great work environment, not too strict and they just aim to team build every single day - Great one on one training in the first few weeks with an experienced sales person

Cons

- It almost felt like they expected you to know every hotel instantly, they should give more time or ways to improve that area.

Transfer Market is Huge a wealth of properties around Europe and the world - you get what you seek

Cons

Profit IS King only - As long as you realise guest care is just an outcome of the process However your staff are the ones who make the experience special
