      Pros

      The organization of the company was okay, nothing complicated. If you had the right management things with go smoothly. As any other big company it cares a lot about profit , but with clients as well. Every year there's budget for "big" changes or at least there was on the few hotels I've worked. You get discounts or even free hotels rooms worldwide!

      Cons

      Very low wages and working shifts.
