Pros
In the first week of training you get to play games, have fun and it is a really positive environment. The employees are really nice and the hours are flexible.
Cons
There is sooo much wrong with the company. Firstly the positive environment vanishes within the first few weeks and you realize it was all fake. Secondly they said we could get all the training we needed but I feel they don't teach you enough. Thirdly you need to be really pushy and have really thick skin to be able to sell and do well. While I was there in a month and a half they hired 30 people so the turn over rate is very high which is to be expected with this type of job but I gave it a shot anyway. Also trying to sell to people who don't want/wont use the membership is hard.
