Minimum wage to understaffed shifts

Pros

Relationship between staff is great, we were all a big family there, always helping and supporting each other. Manager was very open and nice.

Cons

The company pays minimum wage, makes sure to keep it understaffed just to save money, cannot care if employees are stressed and reminds us daily that we are all easily replaceable. Company only and exclusively thinks about money, money, money and more money and increasing shareholders wealth and could not care less about staff who work at reception (really, if they could care even less they totally would).
