      Operate independently, will enchance your capacity to explore new sytem and policy. Have direct access to the owner, will be able to present yourself in order to fast track any requriements.

      Cons

      Being large organization, somehow the guidance required will not be given attention. Critical in balancing the needs between the owner and the management. It requires a lot of pushing in order to be heard.
