Come on this is 2018, where is the technology. ? Adelaide is keeping up with technology so Accorplus needs to as well. Sales are lost because the Loyalty Staff can't offer enough information to the customers or information on hotels, locations or restaurants. Technology is taking over come on Accorplus keep up! The company must make huge profits, come on guys!
