Established sets of standards of service Good environmental protection program Decent staff benefits

Cons

Local staff takes longer time to move up the ladder than Caucasian staffs to key management role (if you don't believe me, look at your % again) even though they are local, years of hand-on experience and cheaper in expenses Not all properties are at the same level of customer service
