Pros

Consistent rosters. Same shift times and days off each week. Friendly team to work with.

Cons

Average pay, lack of weekends, lack of career progression due to middle management not challenged to progress higher. Management also doesn't work busiest hours of the day or deal with complaint customers on arrival as they leave before dark before most guests arrive, leaving it for GSA's to deal with and supervise the desk after they leave.
