Pros

Working in hospitality means you'll always work with nice people. Management is terrible though.

Cons

Everything from staff roster to the structure of management. Expect to do the job of 3 people while getting close to minimum wage.

* Lots of positive change * Technology is moving in right direction * Growth of business * Business language is now English

Cons

* Very French way of working * Always one step behind competition * Roll out new systems/processes too early so suffer too many failures * Try to build own systems, without skills/expertise which do not work * Continuously add new tools, none of which work together
