Great company profile. Some good and genuine people that are great to work with and learn from.

Cons

Some staff in management create or ignore some toxic culture within main offices, which is even more evident at project sites. Most of the IT in Australia is limited, given that the company is mostly managed for all IT systems from Spain. You could not even reset a password for an end user within the local IT team as it had to be handled by the IT team in Spain. And you had to create a new ticket on behalf of the user.
