      Great engineers and technicians, great winning team spirit, expanding company with inumerous opportunities for adventure conquering new markets and deploying great water facilities

      Cons

      Fading energy, excessive unuseful burocracy to the point of damaging the business and comercial actions, bad knowledge management, risk assessment by burocrats who don´t know what they are deciding on, slow and ad-hoc decisions by top management
