- Young Team - Good social opportunities

Cons

- Very disorganised - Expect long hours of work and management set unrealistic goals - some managers very inexperienced and really clueless - HR is horrible - no communication on contract extensions often till the week before or day before, inconsistent requirements on promotions (experience, qualifications etc)
