      Pros

      Training for those with little experience, lots of company sponsered events like happy hours, food trucks, and sporting events, great benefits, lots of time off compared to other companies

      Cons

      Low pay for those working in San Antonio. They changed the promotion system and are still very vague on explaining it.

      -Great place to start down the career path of software development. Open to people with little experience and training for Java Development is administered -Filled with great, fun people -Variety of project locations -Fun activities for employees, like parties at the Smithsonian Museums

      -Salary becomes uncompetitive after the first year, even with a promotion -Limited variety of projects. Great majority are website development
