Cons

Projects can be short lived so it's hard to get a lot of experience in a specific technology/business field unless you are willing to sacrifice your personal life and travel every week.

Pros

It was a great experience working with Accenture, Pune. Great core values, great projects, lots of learning opportunities

Cons

I had to leave Accenture because I used to strictly follow Accenture's core values. I had received a feedback that I don't believe in or do micro management. This is really ridiculous. I had raised my voice but the core values team didn't even bother to ask me why have I highlighted this issue. So, my advice would be just say yes to whatever your Manager or Senior Manager says. Don't use your brain, don't think about the core values defined by great people in the organization.

Great clients but you are not able to specialize in your skills and they do not give you vendor trainings for certifications. There are benefits but actually have high out of pocket.

Cons

Lots of politics No work life balance If they know that you can do more work, they will fire/roll-off other person and give you the assignments without any replacement
