      Great reputation. A lot of opportunities for growth. Has huge clients all over the world. With good benefit packages.

      Cons

      This is very country specific, but as I am an Asian living and working in France, it is very hard to be promoted esp. for someone, who is not fluent in their language. Opportunities become limited.
