Pros

There are many opportunities to grow and learn new things, provided you are willing to push for them. If you are not a type A person, this is not the place for you as others are often too busy to help out.

Cons

There are often long hours, especially due to working with overseas clients and / or co-workers. The outsourcing model means that work is usually expected to be done overseas with oversight and client contact in the US. This means you need to be prepared for late night calls and meetings with India, China, Philippines, etc.

Pros

The best reasons to work for Accenture would have to be the kind of opportunities you get here and how they let you challenge yourself and grow your skills. You also get exposure to a variety of industries and technologies that you wouldn't have received at some of the other leading consulting firms. It's not just technical/functional knowledge growth but you develop soft skills like team management and project management as well

Cons

Accenture's compesation and benefits package is not the best in the industry. Deloitte, E&Y have better compensation packages hence attract better talent
