Pros

Good Opportunities in Services to learn new skills and new opportunities you wouldn't normally have a chance to in other companies. Managers are willing to coach and mentor those that are willing.

Cons

If you are in services you will not have the support consultants get, if your role is over so are you. Salary is not up to industry standards, but the new skills you will learn will make it tolerable. The company has an up or out aggressive mentality which does not work well with services. You will most likely be working towards training your offshore replacement which is always troubling so be aware that you may not spend the rest of your career at Accenture if you are not a consultant.
