Pros

-Amazing network -Large and broad client base -Streamlined methodology -Great internal training (just ask anyone about St Chuck!) -Frontrunner in implementation of new technology -Ads in almost every airport

Cons

-If you hold a consultant level or higher position in the Consulting practice and don't like to travel frequently, it probably isn't a good move -Chance of getting stuck/pigeon-holed on long term implementation projects

Pros

Management supports people to achieve work/life balance, whatever it means to each individual. For me, this has included working from home as well as having some flexibility in when I work my hours. There is also a lot of opportunities to work on different things to gain new skills and experience.

Cons

There doesn't seem to be as many opportunities for promotion and salary increases have been minimal but it is understandable given the current economy.
