      Good place to work, not ideal for superachivers

      Pros

      - Culture -Projects -Flexi time - open to change - Compulsory roll off after 18 months. -good management

      Cons

      -Thick middle management - compensation much lower for high performers - ratings and reviews happen once a year and is very supervisor dependent. - Lots of ppl so an employee may get lost in the crowd

      Stagnant at Senior Software Engineer position

      Pros

      In terms of technology, you have the opportunity to learn them through trainings and other learning materials and resources.

      Cons

      If you want to work 9hrs/ a day with no ot pay, go to work here. Career progression is also stagnant at SSE level since you need to have a good backer to push your promotion. Many SSE move to another companies because of this. And compared to other IT companies, BPO companies, this company has lower basic salaries for an IT professional

      - Great on resume, widely recognized brand - Lots of exposure to different companies and work styles - Fun place to work for younger set - Good training and resources

      Cons

      - Every project is different, so no consistency on liking your boss, your client, your role - Promotion often depends on what project you get on, which isn't always your choice - Can't move up in company without lots of extracurricular activities/volunteering - Frequent travel - Company expects you to bail after a few years and treats you that way - Can be difficult to find someone more senior to you to lead you through the maze of Accenture, hard to succeed/feel part of the team otherwise - Type A's work here - a pro and con
