      Pros

      Great place to learn new technology. Open space for innovate ideas and implementation. If you have talent (Technical Skills or Communication) then for sure you will have good place.

      Cons

      Instead of giving negative feed back to company. Its all depends upon project (Client) and project management. There are few projects which will experience worse than any thing (Politics will be more. Even if you keep your life in the project you will always criticized and recognize will not be there). There are few project we will be feel great place to work and if you are inside that great team, project, project management. I'm sure you won't want come out of that world.

      Pros

      Better than TCS, Infosys and many other IT companies, you are paid for the work you are doing. Free buses. Cabs if you stay late. Food expenses as well. You can reach office till 10 if your supervisor is ok with it.

      Cons

      Policies and local managers are taking this company to the likes of TCS and Wipro. Managers want to work extra time but don't want to provide an allowance for that. On the other hand, HR are depreciating the quality of products that were once provided to the employee. Hikes have also decreased which were used to be astonishing once upon a time. You rarely get 50% of the variable given in CTC. Some projects have really useless technologies and you might land in some of those.
