Pros

Good compensation specially for those who are on entry level/fresh graduates. It is globally known and can be considered as multinational company.

Cons

Iy you are on for the position of entry level / fresh graduates just like ASE, be prepared to be rejected if your TOR (Transcript of Records) is not that impressive. Failing grades are not welcome here, but still they let you take exam and interview, waste your time waiting just to be evaluated base on your TOR and not on your performance in the interview and exam.

Pros

accenture is a big brand name, the opportunity to grow in accenture is more than any other company in india.

Cons

While working in accenture, i feel the working hours are more than any other similar company. we work for 10 hours daily and most of the time we need to extend and no other benefits are given to employees for stretches.
