The pay is ridiculously low—way below industry standards. The only reason most of us put up with it is because it gives us a foot in the door. But honestly, everyone’s just waiting for the right moment to leave. Promotions barely happen anymore, and when they do, it’s for a laughable extra 100 euros. It’s not the kind of place you can build a future in and everyone knows it. Still, they expect you to act like it’s some huge privilege to work there, while they clearly couldn’t care less about keeping good people around.
